Just a random shot of all the cars
Well, here are a FEW pics from the Cecil County Event. I have alot of photos from this but the page would take FOREVER to load. If you want to see more on this Event go to the link at the top of this page. This Event was a blast though. A lot of people and cars showed up, possibly 100 or so cars there or so. It was really nice to just be able to put a face with the names you see on the list. The space we had to show the cars was no more that 40 feet from the drag strip so we got some good views of the cars tearing down the track. It was fun to talk to a fellow Shelby Dodge nut and then be able to turn and watch an Omni whomp on a full blown V-8. For any of you out there that could have gone but missed it, go next year. It's worth the drive. I left at 4am and drove over 250 miles, it was worth every second it took to get there. The showing was judged by popular vote, diveded into seperate classes by body style. Rodger Crawford took home 1st with his 89 CSX-VNT. I took home another door Prize. I really can't say I expected to win anything with a huge dent in my nose and a bent frame......but I had my fingers crossed for a "Most nose damage" class. Oh well, see you all there next year.
I believe the white one is Mike Edward's car....I think I got the name right...correct me if I'm wrong.
Here is a Picture of my best side....the rear. On the left of my car is Dave Skrab's 89 Daytona Shelby. And on my right side is Rodger Crawford's 89 CSX-VNT
