Well, as you can see it's an 89 Daytona Shelby. I purchased the car in August of 1998. The car has 87,000 origional miles. The car is also equipted with the 2.2L turbo II motor, which is connected to a A-555 Transmition. The only modifications done to the car so far is removing the AC belt, K&N cone style air filter, smooth/hard upper intercooler pipe, and a lot of love. So far I have been able to upset a few Mustang and Camaro owners. The car is due to receive a Centerforce clutch soon (the current one is slipping). The car is also scheduled for a 2.5" catless exhaust with a Dynomax Race Magnum muffler. As of right now I'm not sure if I'm going to go for a new computer or just bleed it a little. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

87 Dodge Daytona Pacifica (T-I). It has all Pacifica options including the sport enthusiasts seat, navigational computer, didital dash, power everything, AC, Auto trans. Every option but Leather seats and T-tops. Mods so far include K&N drop in filtercharger, Intelletronix A/F guage in A-pillar pod. 2.5" exhaust with a high flow cat and a Dynomax Race Magnum muffler (If you can call it a muffler), Turbo bleed. Intercooling it is planned for the future and a Autometer Phantom boost guage. The wheels are 16" Alba Eclipse with BF Goodrich 225/50/R16 tires. Car has a 2.2L turbo 2 engine with the A555 getrag transmition. Super 60 cam and valvetrain, Stage 3 turbo, 3 bar MAP sensor set-up, Super 60 injectors, 52mm throttle body, 2 piece intake port matched to head and 2 halves, lower end freshend up (oil pump and bearings), head has been decked and valve bowls cleaned off all flashing, IMSA valves used for intake and exhaust, 2-1/2 exhaust to 3" Dynomax Race Magnum, Huge front mount intercooler (soon), adjustable fuel pressure regulator, lowering springs, Transaxle has been rebuilt (last winter) fresh rebuild, CenterForce DF clutch, and finally 10mm Magnecore wires.
